Chapel of the Virgin of the Balvanera in the La Aduana community in Alamos, Sonora Mexico. The adoration of "La Valvanera" in Sonora is in honor of the maiden, Virgen de la Valvanera. More than 400 years ago or sixteenth century they perform invocation on November 19. From 45 to 300 kilometers are traveled by pilgrims from different cities of Sonora, Sinaloa and Chihuahua to reach the small chapel of the Virgen de la Balvanera in the community of La Aduana.
